Day 2 Complete



So I have completed day two of my burpee challenge! It's never too late to start. I also lifted upper body today and I'm feeling great. Now is time for a relaxing sunday with a great cup of coffee and a day filled with football. My meals for the week are currently cooking in the crockpot and they smell DELICIOUS! I can't wait to see my progress. My goal is to start running half marathons again! Until tomorrow!

A Fresh Start to my Healthy Life

I want to start blogging about my workouts and Clean Eating because this is how I am going to keep myself accountable. Today I started a 50 day burpee challenge thanks to The Sweaty Betties. You do 50 burpees a day for 50 days. I'm excited for this. I know that once I start I am very dedicated and I can accomplish great things. Time to revamp myself and get things going again.
